  1. This is an excellent service.
Not only was Sri Ramakrishna the first “person” to preach religious harmony but also the first ever to declare this Truth through personal experience. Theorists might be there by the hundreds. But speaking from experience – He was the first ever. And 1893 is the year which has changed the world forever. While the Holy Mother performed Panchatapa, Swami Vivekananda participated and spoke of at least two faiths at the Parliament of Religions.
This was a glorious beginning. Now the world is bound to change.

      Dear Sunirmalananda
Thanks brother, for your insightful comment! As you have rightly remarked, the world has started to recognise the ‘experience’ factor. In spite of ‘intellectual understanding’, the much-wanted harmony is not taking place and that is due to the lack of ‘experience’. God must be realised and not stopped with studying about Him. In Singapore, a few interested people have begun an earnest attempt. In spite of differences in theologies and practices, subscribers of most faiths embark on a pilgrimage in search of spiritual connectivity. Is it possible for the faith-adherents to share on why pilgrims leave the attraction (or distraction) and comforts of their modern lives and journey towards their respective “sacred rendezvous”? is a question being asked. Good start, I feel.

      Dear Gita
Welcome to this blog! Thanks for visiting through your Facebook page!
Comments are most welcome here! Since I maintain this blog, I try to reciprocate with my response whenever anyone places his/her comment. As far as possible I try to answer the queries if any. The Comment section is a place in this blog that facilitates interactive communication with the devotees and visitors. Of course, I do not deal in Facebook. Our Singapore RKM does have a Facebook Page but maintained by volunteers. If you do require to know or to discuss my Blog is open and welcomes you!
      May Sri Ramakrishna bless you!
